Design Fee Contract

We look forward to working with you on the landscape design of your property. Our design fee includes the following services:

• Time necessary for the project support (i.e. property measurements, site visits, client meetings, etc.)
• Design and drafting a landscape plan tailored to your needs. This includes:  
• Plant material list with color photos of selected plants.
• Estimate of work to be performed.
• One revision per plan if necessary.
• Presentation of landscape plan. Design will show house on lot in relation to plantings and/or structures.
• This presentation offers you the opportunity to give feedback and help make the design fit your budget.

The minimum design for the above services is $750.

Additional Services:

The following services are available at an additional charge.

• Elevation drawings
• Lighting plan
• Transit work (for technical grade changes of walls, steps, etc.)
• Additional revisions billed at $55.00 per hour.
• Technical drawings or submittals to state, federal or municipal agencies
• Color renderings (click here for examples)

If the items outlined above are agreeable to you, please sign a copy of this agreement and return it to Scalora Landscaping Corp. with a payment of $750 so that we can schedule your design work.

Our fees are based upon our present understanding of the work to be performed. If the scope of the work should change during the course of the project, we will discuss appropriate budget revisions with you.
